Depending on your destination state or country, we may ship our handcrafted goods from either location. All orders are shipped with the utmost of care and efficiency.
We ship locally in either country, as well as worldwide 🌏!

Speedpost Express (Same-Day or Next Day Doorstep Delivery*) - $6.50

* Orders placed before 5pm on same working day, and pending stock availability for ordered items.

LOCAL PICK UP- Singapore Orders Only 🇸🇬

If you wish to collect your order in store rather than via post, please select our click and collect option in the checkout area when processing your order.  You will be sent an email when your parcel is ready to be collected within 2-3 working days.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

We ship all orders via regular post satchels, your tracking number will be emailed directly to you once your item has been shipped.

  • Orders placed before 1pm (SA Time) Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day, any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day
  • Please allow 5-9 business days for your online order to reach you. If you wish to receive it faster please select the Express Shipping option at the checkout
  • All orders are sent via Australia Post and shipping times can sometimes be out of our hands with shipping time frames

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
  • You can track your order via the Australia Post website HERE.
  • If your order has not arrived within the allocated time, please contact Australia Post, using the tracking/reference number supplied to you.

 

Kindly note:

Once placing your order no alterations or cancellations can be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business address must include the business name. If parcels are not collected, or required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded.

Please note once you have placed your order you are committing to the sale and declaring that all details entered including the shipping address is correct. If you do find that you have entered incorrect shipping information please email ASAP at info@barkberrymanor.com.au and we will attempt to correct the mistake. To avoid additional postage costs please be careful when choosing the right product.
